Report an Issue

Please note these policies are set by Allflex.

  • It is essential that you inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
  • Misprints must be reported within fourteen (14) days from delivery.
  • Items missing or damaged must be reported within fourteen (14) days from delivery.
  • A photo of the items or the packing slip may be requested to help with quality control.
  • Address changes must be completed before shipment from the Allflex warehouse.
  • Please send all documentation, photos, etc, to us via email. We will review and then provide you with the next steps.  

Returns

  • All sales are final.  This applies to all stock and custom products.
