Please note these policies are set by Allflex.
Report an Issue with your order
- It is essential that you inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery.
- Misprints must be reported within five (5) days from delivery.
- Items missing or damaged must be reported within five (5) days from delivery.
- A photo of the items or the packing slip may be requested to help with quality control.
- Address changes must be completed before shipment from the Allflex warehouse.
- All sales are final. This applies to all stock and custom products.
