Returns and Refunds

Please note these policies are set by Allflex.

  • Approved stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee, USDA series tags will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new condition, sealed, original packaging.
  • No returns on stock tags bagged in series over 201 and up. No returns on custom tags.
  • RGA (Return Authorization) Number is required and must be written on the return box.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable - customer ship items back at their own cost.
  • Refunds will be issued once the items are returned and approved by Allflex, which estimated time is 4-6 weeks. Refunds are not guaranteed if items arrived damaged, discontinued, or have been used.

Cancellations

Orders placed during business hours are processed within 1 hour of placement. Orders placed after our business hours are processed the next business day by 9 am.

  • Stock items can be canceled within that processing window. After that processing window has passed (1 hour of order placement) no other changes can be made.
  • Custom product orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, except for those that Allflex has already placed into the print production cycle.
  • There are no changes to custom products with the exception of final logo proofs that are not approved by the customer.
  • We will not cancel or edit an order that has already been placed into print production.
  • Please check your order carefully that you have ordered your items exactly how you would like them to read. Each item is custom printed to your instructions. 
  • Out of Stock items may be substituted and we will notify you of your stock choices.

As a reminder: The only information we receive from Allflex regarding orders is that the order was received and then the tracking number when it ships. We do not know where it is in their production queue nor what the ship date will be. Tracking information is sent to you via email as soon as we receive it.
